Q.) How long has the 3SIXTY Systems been established?

A.) 6 years


Q.) Is 3SLive CRM easy to set up?

A.) 3SLive is internet (web browser) operated. This means if you have a compatible internet browser (Internet Explorer 5.5 or above) or at least an internet broadband connection then you can be up and running as easy as logging on to say www.msn.com


Q.) How easy is it to customise?

A.) You have full control to customise your categories, user setup, security levels and custom fields. For an additional cost, we can customise workflow, design and build business modules specific to your needs or integrate 3SLive with your other business systems.


Q.) What equipment/hardware/specifications do I need?

A.) All you need is a PC with Internet Explorer 5.5 or above and a broadband internet connection (although 3SLive can run comfortably on a 56k modern or ISDN but this is not recommended to experience 3SLive to its optimum potential).


Q.) How fast can a small business realize a return on investment with 3SIXTY Systems CRM product 3SLive?

A.) Right out of the box. 3SLive CRM delivers real financial benefits that can more than offset your investment. It allows you to acquire, service and maintain prospects and customers more cost effectively and it frees everyone in your organisation to act on an ever increasing volume of business information. 3SLive used internally to share and collaborate across multiple locations instantly offers and efficient productive return to any business.


Q.) Is there a minimum contract period?

A.) Yes there is a 12-month contract period with a 30 day non-refundable cancellation policy. Therefore you have the option to cancel your subscription after your first completed billing cycle which is normally 28 days.


Q.) Compatibility with IE7 - are there any known issues or is it just that the development team haven't finalised trials?

A.) At present there are no known issues with IE7, although are development team have not finalised "accrediting" it. During the demo, as I was working from home, I was using IE7 and this did not cause any problems.


Q.) Has it been trialled in Windows Vista?

A.) As the application is web-based, the PC operating system makes no difference. The only point to highlight is that obviously Vista uses IE7.


Q.) What database does the system use?

A.) Microsoft SQL.


Q.) How secure is it?

A.) Our data centres offer state-of-the-art security and leading financial institutions operate their online systems from within the same locations. 3SLive uses the leading Microsoft.net architecture which is the leading web based framework for secure online business development.


Q.) Is all the data exportable from the system? For example if we wanted to do backups ourselves. If not, can you provide backups of the data held in the system?

A.) All of the data is exportable from the system but not in one bulk, i.e. you would need to do an export of companies and then contacts etc. If you would prefer a complete system backup we could provide you with one, this would be chargeable and cost £40 per instance.


Q.) What is the hosting architecture and recovery times?

A.) To summarise, we offer a 98.9% uptime guarantee. In fact, for the last four years have yet to suffer any downtime. Our standard recovery if there was any downtime is to restore to the end of the previous business day. If you wanted a full replication solution that seamlessly switches over, this would cost an additional £100 per month. If you require any further information on this, please contact us to arrange a call with one of our technical consultants.


Q.) What are the specific costs associated with the product, i.e. a one-off purchase price, an annual renewable license, a charge per user etc?

A.) £45 per user, per month or £450 per user (+20% per annum for support + hosting) fixed price.


Q.) How much is charged for technical support?

A.) Included in per month / per use price or 20% (per annum) if a fixed price contract. value


Q.) Does 3SIXTY provide consultancy and, if so, at what rates?

A.) Yes, £750 per day.


Q.) Is the system scalable? If your customer base grows will the system expand to cope?

A.) Yes, fully scalable to operate globally with up to 5,000 concurrent users.


Q.) Can 3SIXTY recommend any third-party developers that make use of their core CRM products?

A.) 3SIXTY provides full support for third party customised / bespoke development.


Q.) Can the supplier provide references for businesses in your industry sector using their software?

A.) Yes we can, depending what sector it is. 


Q.) Does 3SIXTY offer training in the CRM solution and, if so, at what typical cost?

A.) Yes, £650 per day - either web-based two-hour sessions or minimum one day if on site.


Q.) How often is the software updated?

A.) 3SLive is continually designed and developed following a structured roadmap of releases. Some new business modules will be offered at an additional cost although most will be enhanced features for ease of use and increased business functionality.
